We are so confident about the quality of the motors manufactured and them components we source that we are able to offer you a three year warranty on your product. Your 3 year warranty covers the frame, motors and mechanism. Hand controls are covered for one year. We Reserve the right to, at our discretion, repair or replace any such parts subject to the following conditions:

 Product remains with the original purchaser and is not to be re-sold. The warranty is none transferable.

 Product has been used in accordance with the operating instructions supplied with it, and has not been misused or abused in terms of rips in the cloth, staining due to spillages and incontinence, soiling and burns.

 Product has not been modified or repaired, nor shows evidence of attempted modification or repair by any person not authorised by the retailer.

 This Warranty will cover operational failure due to faulty workmanship or materials; it does not cover accidental damage wear and tear. The Warranty is subject to exclusions.
